I attended the last Glendambo trip a few years ago. At that time Crowns cost $9.95. Just sayin'
Wine prices were much more reasonable and the wines easier to swallow after drinking a few Crowns.
Would I go back? You bet.

To early for that - but I will update when available as we would like to do this one as well.

Maybe the only FarRide we can do this year.

As for the date - I had a few interruptions while doing this.

I wasn't sure if I should link this to the calendar since it's not one our rides.

Nor was the border ride, but I wouldn't have known about it if no one did.

We're looking at the Glendambo ride and worked out a route that gives us over the 500km one way distance. Return trip via the rocket park in Woomera for some photos plus stopping off at one of the salt lake look outs. https://goo.gl/maps/kxQKMC62CZE2 Adding both legs together we get 1045 km from Google maps

Fingers crossed I can make it to this one.  My hockey team won't be overly impressed though....I'm going to miss 2 or 3 games for my NatRally trip, and another one for this.

I can't make the Glendambo FarRide. It should be a top ride into a great part of Australia.

Unfortunately work commitments have now made it impossible for me to attend this one.  I have the building owners that I represent flying in from Sydney for 2 days, 3rd and 4th of May, first time they've been here since I've been in the job (2 years)  :cuss :cuss :cuss :cuss :cuss

The spirit is willing, but I'm still getting my strength, endurance and general ride fitness back after five months of chemo, so Glendambo is not for me this year.    Bugger, as it's a really good run.....   :OldMan
Endurance, motivation (and some hair) have returned.

Hoping for 7:30 at OTR so we can get a bite to eat - Hungry Jacks for breakfast; how tragic is that?
