Now I really want to know. My guess was wedding bikes, but seeing as that was ruled out. I have no idea.

That would require a refrigerated trailer i'd suspect.
So we are now looking at a B-Double set up ...
A fridge pan for the " final journey " & folding wing sided B trailer for general freight haulage.
Perhaps a government grant could be applied for to necessitate preliminary engineering designs ?
ST Haulage ( a division of Smurf Transport ) has a catchy name i think ....
