Hello all thanks for letting me join, I’m from SE QLD new to owning a bike so I’ve just started the long process of working my way to owning an ST in the future as I have a mate who owns l one and they are absolutely amazing can’t wait to join in some rides and get to meet some new people!..

Gday Johno, and welcome. There is a heap of us in the SE corner, and the regular RTE rides are a great way to meet up. I don’t get to many of them, but do as I say not as I do  :p

The ST is a terrific bike. I’ve had mine for almost two years and there is not much out there that I’d swap it for. It doesn’t have all the tech bits that you’ll find on the newer bikes, but if you prefer to get out and go for a ride rather than sit at home and admire the tech bits it’s really hard to beat.

Welcome to the group.  You will get a lot of information on the bikes and meet some people with a great knowledge on how to do minor or major jobs on them.

G'day Johno, good to see you have joined and welcome to the club mate :hatwave
I'm sure you are having a good time riding your 1st road bike and getting out on some rides anytime you can find some to ride with ( for everyone else, Johno is on his Learners Licence at the moment) :thumb

Whenever you want to go for a ride, put up a post and someone may be able to escort you and join in on the fun :runyay

G'Day Johno,  welcome on in. I will be up in Qld after the Border Run in August chaperoning my nephew on his L's then he gets one of my ST's, STrangler my ST1300. Which ST will you be lQQking for later?.
I'd be happy to take you out on the ride with CamHP to get some experience while I'm up there.  :grin
