It does get boring after a while doing all that riding and travelling all over the place 

It's actually not that cheap, either.  I spent $339.08 on petrol for 3977 km.  Add in those huge breakfasts and coffees and you're getting through the dough.

Bit of info for travellers regarding Tolls....

I have a Brissie "Go Via" beeper (transponder) for the cage, and my ST13 is linked to the account. If I incur a toll on the bike, they will process the video recog of it and charge it to my cage account - ezy peezy!     

Just rang Sydney "Roam M7" as i used this toll road getting home... turns out it's a national thingy wherr they will video recog my plate, search databases for my account, and charge the toll - ezy peezy!     

Probably better to check for yourselves, but worked this way for me.

Thought I'd better check, since you mentioned it.
My account shows my most recent activity as 20/03/2014  09:14, which obviously was my run south last Thursday.  So their computers are pretty slow, since, apart from the NSW M&/M2 I used both Brisbane tunnels northbound on Monday.

Honey I am home!!! 12 days 11 nights and 6000 awesome kilometers on the bike, i am home and relaxed, shiney still has a couple of hours to go though

i am just a little excited to be home!






We where very relived to see the big Queensland sign in Goondiwindi.



 all in all i had a 600km day, blue skyes, we even saw water on the side of the road, we where lucky that we barely got wet for the whole trip home, we did see some water on the side of the road

As for the tolls, I have found in Brisbane that some of the cameras on the Logan Mwy don't pick up my bike. The plate is not covered by anything, just have the factory top box. The way I look at it, if their gar is dodgy, that's their issue to solve.

According to Qld motorways my bike rego attatched to my account with no e-tag is good to use on any toll road in Or-straya. Which is lucky since my GPS led me astray in melbourne cbd for 45 minutes.Not looking forward to seeing the next statement
