Has anyone booked at the caravan park yet? Are we planning on getting cabins in the same part of the park? Apart from tea at the pub have any other activities been planned.

Apart from you, Chops as booked a cabin and I've booked a tent site.
Generally in SA we only have few turn up and don't bother organising accommodation in a specific area. In the past most of us turned up late afternoon (Sat) on overnighters, organised your accommodation, had a bit of chat, went for the meal and a chat after. After returning to accommodation we have coffee/tea etc. in someone's cabin for an hour or so before bedding down for the night.
The next day nothing is usually planned but sometimes we've had coffee etc. at the local café before going our own ways. Depending on distance to home most of us want to get back before dark to avoid the wildlife at night so by 9 or 10 am we're all gone.
Heather will want to try some fishing while were there so maybe after lunch we'll be gone as well.
