G'day All,
Note to all re my medical situation.
13 weeks yesty off the stainless steel theatre table - QUADRUPLE BYPASS OPEN HEART AT ROYAL NORTH SHORE, SYDNEY.
Where has that time gone? - doesn't matter all progresses well, so well in fact that I was told "You don't fit in our data box"
Told em so from the start.
All is well, walk between 6 & 10 kms daily - Cardiothoracic Surgeon said"Your legs are the best Doctor you will ever have and you should use them". WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT!
Looking forward to throwing a leg over the saddle again to enable us to enjoy WOOLI in October.
Another 9mths to full healing mmmmmmmmm will I last?
Heads up, rubber down &enjoy the warm weather approaching.
Cheers

Hi Bob, With the wonders of modern medicine you have been given a second chance of life. Don't take it for granted, use Doctor Legs, and live life to the full. My prayer is for a strong recovery and a long and well used life. Pete
“Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, “Wow what a ride!” Hunter S. Thompson "The Proud Highway: Saga of a Desperate Southern Gentleman"
