Title: What colour is your ST?

We'll worry about which colour is faster later. :wink1

Thanks Mark,

No those lights are normal and 55Watts each and they only cost $10.35 (I think it was) and that included postage from the Eastern States.

If you want some I'll send you the name of the place I got them from. They're on Ebay. One of the guys in Blue Knights watched them for a while until there weren't many bids and he got them for about the same price.

My extension at work is 1750 if you need to talk.

I've already voted and Paul & Bernie wouldn't be much help. Bernie 'part-ex'ed' his White 1100 with Paul's Red 1300 and Paul has had the 1100 sprayed.....................................................BLUE (Of all colours) !!

Certainly when I bought mine new there was a choice and I think the other colour was Charcoal. I always really wanted one in yellow, the same colour as the wing that was sold years ago. I still have my Honda brouchure for 2008 but it doesn't list the colours and all the paper work just saids "red"

As we are near the bottom of the Honda food chain who knows definitely what we got. I have never seen the metalic silver one, or the gold special one (it had the different wheel colour as well).

The actual colour code is on a sticker underneath the seat (at least on the ST11s - on the cross rail - so write it down if you want an exact colour match). Seems like a sticker in the pannier on other bikes (thanks Dave).

Some of the colours are close to each other but different. For example Honda has quite a few whites but they are all a bit different. NH-138 Shasta white is very popular so I believe, being the police 'white" It does match with any commonly available white, as it is a bit off white. Paint places can mix up exact matces but it will cost. Tasmania get a special mention! It will be interesting to see the actual Honda codes we got in Australia. We should get organised and save it in a sticky somewhere......

I painted my 78 GS1000 Suzuki yellow with blue header pipes and gold anodised muffler for quite a few years. Yellow would be my next preferred colour perhaps :think1
