Sadly. We are not going to make it today. Chris has been sick since Wednesday. Hoping to be better by today but is not so we are off tp the GP at midday.
Enjoy your day everyone and we will catch you in 2023.

 :'(

You missed a good one, and the company of Rex & Debbie, Russ & Sue, Jonathon & Vera, Gordo, Neil & Val and (of course) Helen and me.  Bakery tucker was good for a change, bakery staff looked after us nicely, bit hot on the way home (32C on the Freeway, so went via the hills - 29C, and then back up to 32C by the time we got home around 5:00pm.

Plenty of pic taken by others, I expect they'll be posted soon.

Thanks to all for the company and chin wag.

Some talk of an International RTE with honorary members from Canada (Andy & Brenda) visiting in February.  Save Saturday 25 February 2023 for a visit to the Pig & Whistle at Trentham East.  Details to be posted soon.

Sue & I got home roughly an hour ago...
T'was a trifle warm, even through the hills with 33/34c showing on the ST's temp gauge.
Arrived home only to be greeted with 35c...needless to say the aircon is now cranked up and we're kicking back relaxing...     :runyay

I'll probably get around to posting up a coupla pics in the next day or two...

* Just a heads up...

Sue has come down with Covid so those that attended this RTE may want to watch out for any symptoms!  :fp

She may have picked it up on the Saturday night as there was a young kid wandering around the pub (where we went for dinner) coughing his lungs up so hopefully Sue picked it up there and didn't have it earlier in the day.

So far I'm all clear...  :X

What a perfect weekend for an RTE! Blue skies and no rain certainly made a nice change from recent RTE's...

Here are a few pics, unfortunately I didn't get any with the OzStoc flag on show so hopefully someone else will post up a pic or 2 of that???
A special thanks must go to Chippy & JD for the Xmas goodies they handed out and another pat on the back goes to Michael for organising yet another successful RTE.

The boys have arrived...hmmm, was anyone speeding on the way here???

There's probably a comment I could make about this one but for my safety I might refrain...

                                                         Which one is Dopey?

Thanks Michael!  :thumbsup

Believe it or not, Sue has actually said she's missed me...but then again, she may have just said that to make me feel a bit better....   :think1

And now that we are both crook there's no reason why she can't wait on me hand & foot now!   :whistle :runyay
