Sounds ghastly!
I think I'll just stop eating to avoid that punishment!
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

So far so good. Hoping I might lose 10 to 15 kgs but shall have to align the gym time with slightly revised eating habits.

You won't be disappointed.  They're a great family and you'll be surprised to read the sacrifices they made, and the petty politics that go on behind the scenes.

Good luck with it WAG!
A very standard and simple precept that exercise will make u feel and look younger - wouldn't Professor Wingwong get a shock if any of the participants felt and looked "older" after a few weeks.
I would like 2 know how much importance is placed on individual effort to improve or is there some sort of moderation going on to see how individuals with different fitness starting points react to a set exercise regime.

Before you start the program lots of things are "measured" You do a strength test and for those in the exercise program this is used to work out your gym program and compared to another strength test when you finish.
