I spent many, many hours looking at the white sticker on the front of our combine where it said Shearers were made in Kilkenny. We also had a disc plough, scarifier, wideline cultivator and harrow sets from Shearer, but the harvesters never got a look in in our area, mainly Massey, Deutz and International.
