Ag spares?  :grin I thought the only spares needed for a Harley is a ramp, pickup truck, and tie downs?

No just a steep cliff to push it over. :wink1 :wink1

For those who think I am a little unfair about Harley, I did own a brand new 1969 FLH Electra Glide. Had it for 18 months, but only rode it for around 11 months, because the rest of the time it was in the dealers workshop awaiting parts. It broke down regularly.
A total lemon, a 'Friday' bike. (Assembled on a Friday, when workers were concentrating on the weekend ahead, not on their job.)
So, I have justification when I bag Harley.
When I sold it at a loss, and bought a Honda instead, my mates nicknamed me 'Scooter', which stuck to me for the next 40 plus years.

For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

One for the housebound Victorians- substitute a reusable Coles bag...

Already pulled this one off ... bought some milk at the supermarket, and went to visit a friend at the other end of town.
When stopped by the police, I told them that a friend was unwell and couldn't travel to the shops.
They followed me to his house, but left when I walked to the door with the milk.  :grin :thumb

I'm posting this as a meme to commemorate the departure today of Ruby2sday to a new home here in Brisbane.  A couple bought her with touring in mind.
Great choice!  :grin
