I made mention of some smoke coming from the 12 volt (waterproof) power supply on our way back to Nullarbor but having a look today that some water got into one of the sockets.

All the wiring is ok and the fuse as you would expect did what it was supposed to do. After I put a new fuse in some smoke started to come out of one socket so I'll need to replace the twin socket unit.

I finally replaced the 12 volt dual power socket today with a new one after the old one shorted out due to much moisture getting into it when returning home. It even works.....lol
