UPDATE 18-3-18 RTE CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS
*******************************************************
We are having a special OzSTOC RTE to the Saltshaker Restaurant on Frankston St at Swansea on SUNDAY 18th March to celebrate the heightened number of Members currently enjoying all that Tassie has to offer.

I Would like to join you on the RTE on the 17th , but I have to work that day , the 18th would suite me if that is possible if not I will try and catch up with you later , I am on the boat ( car ) on the 28th to head up to Queensland.

IMPORTANT INFO - Sunday 18th is OUT!!!

RTE unfortunately will have to revert to Sat 17th.
Here is why:
They have multiple group bookings that day from 10am (busiest day of the year) totalling well over 200 hungry people.
We will be lucky to get a seat let alone eating within an hour and a half of ordering. :H
Sat 17th has no one booked, so we will have to revert to then.
Sorry for the inconvenience as I know this clashes with some fine people's work roster. Our hands are tied.

Okay. Sorry to do this to everyone - but there is a final change - namely to SUNDAY at Swansea.
There was only going to be about 3 of us for Saturday at Ross - but we may get a few more numbers on Sunday.
So Sorry for the inconvenience - I know what it takes to organise hectic lives these days - but we really want to see as many of you as possible out there. I will adjust the first post yet again (for a FINAL time) to reflect the new itinerary. :H

Sunday actually suits a bit better; will be a lot of bikes on the road en route to Cambelltown. I will travel up with Carsten and Phil, not sure of our preferred route, but my preference is to travel 'clockwise' Hobart, MudWalls Rd, Campbelltown, Swansea, Orford Hobart.

For those attending on Sunday remember Black Dog ride is travelling Lake Leake from Campbell Town at 11:30am

With high winds and 25-50mm rain and chance of thunder in the ride area, reluctantly i am a late No for the RTE. To far to ride in such conditions. Sorry, next time folks.

The food at The Saltshaker looks rather yummy :popcorn

My drive report can confirm that the Pies were tasty in Ross/Steak was fine in Swansea on Monday the 19th,beer spirits and food just grouse at White sands estate 4 mile creek on Tuesday the 20th and Breakfast in Orford/Lark distillery spirits in Hobart were just smashing on Wednesday the 21st.
It was a fantastic little sampler to catch up with Terry & Johnny.
