I sold STranger today to a staunch Harley rider, my older brother. As soon as I told him I was selling him he said sold. He always wanted to ride it but not let me his hog so I used to say buy it. Well he did.
It’s great to see STranger stay in my family and I’m allowed to ride him after he is registered. 12 months & 8 days out of rego but will pass blue slip tomorrow.
I’m hoping he joins OzSTOC in the future and we after 40yrs go riding again.

Good result Johnny. Keeping the ST in the family is purrfect.

That's great Johnny, and it's good to hear that its gone to someone who will appreciate it. Will we see STranger at future RTE's?

Pete he is too involved in his Harley chapter still so I don’t know if he’ll get involved. His wife wants him to get a Spyder coz she feels she would be safer on the back. She doesn’t feel safe on his big hog.

I guess it all comes down to how he rides, as most of us who carry pillions on a regular basis make sure our pillons are confident in our abilities, and feel safe and secure on the back.

Pete I picked my brother up from a hospital test so his wife didn’t have to drive 1 hr thereby back. I picked him up on BEEstY and he was impressed, a little worried but impressed by both the grunt and stability. He told wifey how impressed he was so I think it made her feel less likely to get on the back of the hog preferring the Spyder He rides solo mostly. And a fair weather rider unless caught out.
She was ribbing bro yesterday after I said I ride a mobility scooter and that I was smart accepting and adapting to growing older and more wiser. About time you did. Too! she said. I just chuckled.
