Because it's stopped at the bowser, and because I can't select neutral to push it away from the bowser, it has to be towed.

Might need to explain that to a few of us.

The SE6 is a semi automatic gearbox, and uses a few solenoids to select gears and neutral, and to operate the clutch.
There wasn't enough energy in the battery to operate any solenoids or to disengage the park brake.
Because it was at the bowser, there's a spark risk of setting the place alight, so until the tow truck could drag it up the tilt tray, and move it away from the bowsers, nothing could be done.
Once it was away, a quick connect direct to the battery, and it was away.
Home now, pulled the 3 year old battery out, cleaned the terminals and a quick charge, but I suspect I'm up for a new battery.
Sorry to hear that Gadget, These modern machines and their electric needs. Nothing stops a machine like electrical problems in these modern times. Wish my bike gave me warning signs closer to home and not decide to stop at Natural Arch, Expensive return trip in a Tow Truck that day. Catch you all next time! All I can say, is thank goodness for RACQ Ultimate Membership.
