Just thought I'd mention Dragon Motorcycle Repairs in Mittagong NSW, Trevor Verhey and his wife run it. Just had my ST1100 serviced there after not having a professional service, for shame to say, far too long. Trevor worked for Honda for a long time when ST1100's were still in production and seemed to know them very well. Well worth a visit if you happen to be in the area.
Service cost me $1200 which covered an extensive list of service work including checking and adjusting valve clearances and general tidy up maintenance such as fixing up some wiring that was a bit average, replacing numerous bolts etc that were missing and that sort of stuff.
If you're a mechanical half-wit like me someone like Trevor is well worth coming across.
