I had the absolute pleasure last week of riding my newly acquired 02 1300 back from NSW to Qld via the longest route we could find.
As you'd expect for a 20 year old there are some issues to address like fork seals, steering head bearings and brake pads (might as well do the wheel bearings too)
It's nice to find a good old fashioned forum rather than a social media group

Note: RTE = Ride To Eat. A location for everyone to ride to for a bite to eat and a catch up.
                   People make their own way there and home. Although some people may join others for the ride there or back.

Again welcome to the forum and I'm sure we'll catch up sometime.

Another Dave!!  What is it about STs and Davids!?
Great to see another ST1300 brought home to Godzone.  Quite a following up here, as you'll notice.  And yes, the Forum is very friendly and helpful.  If you seek chaos, there is an STOwners page on Farcebook.
