.... I would be interested to know if members are interested or not in a coffee get together and how often. And therefore if this is worth trying to pick a few places to hold them?
I don't need an excuse to go for a ride, if there is a purpose (like meeting-up with friends and / or like-minded people), all the better. All that's needed is for somebody to select a time, date, venue, destination, and then start a thread, and then sit back and wait for responses. How often? Weekly, fortnightly, monthly, week days or weekends - doesn't matter.
People will attend what, when and where it suits them (bit like the monthly RTE's now), and of course this will depend on other commitments. For those of us that have retired, this will probably be easier than for those still working.
If arrangements suit me, I'll be there.
