Potential Goondiwindi Overnighter
« on: February 05, 2022, 04:52:11 PM »
Talking at Lunch today and Brett suggested an overnighter (or 2 nights) at Goondiwindi.

Plans proposed include Cultural exchange session/s with the local Indigenous Peoples, and dinner at the local Pub/Bowls/Gold club.

We thought we could make this open to all who could make it.

The local  Motel's rates are quite good and there is also Caravan park, also showgrounds for camping/caravanning options.

Is anyone interested?

If so Brett and I'll get organising.

I would be interested if it was a NSW school holiday weekend. three weekends per holiday. We have April June and September before we get to January.
I'm a school teacher if it was not obvious.

I would do 2 days so that I could have a leisurely ride up and down.
