Also worthwhile noting sooner than later:

The venue has advised that we will be limited to 20 attendees - so this is a case of first in, best dressed.
The venue requires all attendees to be fully vaccinated, not VAX proof, no service. They would prefer the proof to be provided a day or two prior, this will speed up the process of checking in when we get there.

I think all that this will require is for Garry or I to forward a complete list of full names of attendees, and for each individual to provide his / her and partners VAX certificate to the venue directly, probably via SMS, but we'll check on that matter.

Please comply, don't make it hard for or embarass the venue, OzSTOC, Garry, me or other members - or yourself.

Excellent plan.
If they can provide us with an email address or SMS, that will simplify everything and cut down on the BS! This may be a good practice for all RTE`s?

Might be prudent to restart the list?

Not sure about why they would need a copy of your double vaccination certificate beforehand as we'll be required to sign in with the Service Victoria QR Code app on entry anyhow.
You just need to add your double vaccination certificate to the app as Sue & I have done which is all the proof you need...

Seems like they are just making it harder than it needs to be...
