Aww, gee Michael, a bit harsh, lol. I have only been late to one RTE ever, and that was because of closed roads and gridlock in Ballarat on a Saturday morning without any Police traffic control.

Around 5 and a half weeks to go, any more prospective attendees?

Will be a busy weekend for me. Some friends invited me to lunch on Friday, best buddy celebrates his 50th on Saturday so going to local pub for dinner with him, then Sunday RTE, and then lunch with a close friend who has his 60th b'day on Monday in Hamilton. Haven't been so busy in years!

Nigel and I are making this an overnighter.

After Gellibrand, a short sprint through the Otways' twisties will see us at Apollo Bay in time to check-in at the YHA and walk to the Brew House for dinner, and (I 'spose) an ale or three.

As much as we'd like to stay somewhere Sunday night after the RTE, we'll be heading for home as Sue has to work on Monday.

At this stage we have booked in to the Otways Tourist Park in Gellibrand on the Saturday night though so a very very short ride to the Gellibrand General Store on Sunday...

My bike is booked for a service on Wednesday, change plugs, check fluids, check condition of brake pads etc, in preparation for Sunday RTE.

Picked up jams this afternoon, price has skyrocketed in the last couple of months, so this may be the last RTE that I can afford to do it. (Almost 50% increase this year since change of management at the farm, and 160% more than concession rates that I used to get for bulk buying in the past, from the previous manager)
