Hi Shiney, They are available at Autobarn for $29.95.

Just make sure you get the metal ones as they have a hole so that you can screw them one as well as
the doubled sided pad as the pad can dry out and you will lose them. :think1

Had a funny thing happened on Saturday.  I was telling the assembled stunned crowd how I observed every critter fleeing away as I approached with the whistles blowing.  Someone said "Where have you got them?" and I said, "Well, they say not to mount them upside-down, but mine are under here..." to which I bent down to look under the headlight and saw only two white patches of double sided tape.
Hmmm.  Maybe the tape was good enough by itself.  Who needs Shoo Roos?   :grin

So yes, if you fit them, they're so strong they rip away from double-sided tape.  Belt and braces with screws especially if you pay $30 for them.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

Will sell it to you at $5 for a 5cm piece......a 5 cm piece in every corner of the bike seems to work best in the harsh Australian bush......naturally a concrete guarantee applies to this product.......soon as the bike is off the concrete the warranty is voided.

Place your orders now.....our operators are standing by for your call !!! Have your credit card ready.......

Got my first farkle last week.  A ram mount for the clutch/brake reservoir.  Have ordered the iPhone mount for it which should arrive in a day or 2. Figure all I need then is the Sena SMH10 setup for me and Loppie and that should do for now. Will look at a UHF setup a bit further down the track. :thumb

Here is my first farkle now installed. Was going to look at getting a GPS but have been convinced that Google Maps should keep me out of trouble. Will see how that goes. Ordered Sena SMH10 today. Hope to have in place for Bundeena on Saturday.  :runyay

An excellent point Streak.  Especially this part of your comment " sometimes even mentally if it makes you feel better is a good thing" . Maybe it is a peace of mind thing?  and if that is the case then maybe a little less stress for when we are riding?

since reading your comment, I have thought about all my farkles and conclude that each one of them has added to having a little less stress to my style of riding

I already replied early-on to this Topic's question (A: my custom seat), however this just caught my eye:

Titled "Meanwhile, in Palm Springs....", these two Californian motorcycle coppers are showing off their favourite farkle:

Whew!  I guess you need hardware like that in a society that seems to express itself with cordite.  Anything smaller wouldn't command respect.

For me the best addition has been my Bike-Quip Screen which has signifincantly reduced wind noise, making long rides much more comfortable.   This is  followed closely by my Oxford Hot Grips, as I suffer quite badly if my hands get cold, and top quality winter gloves just dont cut it for me.
Originally I hated the OEM seat, but after adjusting the angle at which it sits and adding a quality sheepskin cover, it's fine.

What happened to - its fine. Did you wear it out doing all those kilometres getting ready for Coffs Harbour.

:p It's still OK, but i must admit that the Sargent is better.  Unlike some, I never found the OEM to be terrible, and Chris took some time to convert to the Sargent, but is now a fan.  The screen remains firmly at the top of my list.

I can understand why screens seem to be at the top of the pile a lot. It would make the biggest difference to the riding experience.

Its simple, yet works a treat, and is very safe.
It is amazing just how often one uses it.

I found the gear indicator installation to be the most fun installation. I really found it useful too. Saved me more than once from trying to pull off from lights in 4th or trying to get into 6th gear.

Sadly it doesn't tell you what gear you're in when your stationary or have the clutch pulled in.
But I'd agreed it's very helpful when you're moving, especially looking for 6th or forgetting you're in 4th because she's purring like a kitten.
