Thanks for that Streak :thumbs

I've got four plans just sitting waiting for kick off. Two start up here Friday 11:46:00 but that has me on local roads and I want some new ones to start from.

I think Ill 'ride west south west on Thursday for a look about and camp up some place out by Hillston. Collect a start docket on Friday at 11:46:00 and run down to vic then back up through Coolamon Bethungra, Cootamundra, Cowra and Blayney camp just aways a bit from Bathurst ( 934km in the bag) ready to get to First checkin Sat at 06:45:00 grab a token and get to the mystery location and back aprox 300km for lunch.

First order is new eyes in this boat...or a white cane :rofl  I didnt see any roos on Saturday night :crazy....so if you cant see them ...are they still there? You know like the tree in the forest thing.

Not as far as I know.  You just arrive at the meet-up and talk with folk.  You don't check-in and you don't get a FarRide number, but you do get to chat with some characters.  They have lunch together, a bit of a meeting and then it's up to everyone whether they stay for the night or head towards home.

I was going to go as a day ride, but am now going to the Ozstoc Victorian RTE at Tungamah.  I may still make it on the way through, just depends.

My plan was to start at Narromine, out to Lake Cargeligo down to Darlington Point Coolamon, Wagga Wagga, Blayney get some shuteye and be close to the first stage check-in.

The other plan was start from Broken Hill down to Mildura round and up.
My thinking was start a SS2000 at home, go to the hill collect a start docket for the FR12 2 stage and go to Bathurst from that.

Then

Last night I got a call from an old mate at Bessiebell in western Vic so I might go to SA Monday visit M&D... go to mates place Wednesday, leave Friday morning and collect a Start Docket at Macarthur. Nice 1100 od k's just there.

Tony is going via another route as he has work first thing Friday morning. We plan to meet at Blayney or close by Friday night.

Ive had a fair bit on this week and the one coming is empty so a ride should work well.

ST for this trip. TDM maybe.

I've just walked in the door from Tamworth. Special trip down to collect new globes as recommended :thumbs off the site. Any excuse for a ride. Did you know The shortest way to Tamworth from Barraba is through Moree :rofl  and it was breezeetoo >:()
I checked out some LED's while I was there. Two NARVA jobs look the goods but I held off. I have a set of 55w spots that I can up-gun with better globes so they will do for now.

MCL for HID's and brakets is just over the horizon.

Well my list of ride plan choices is getting shorter as each day has passed this week.
Down to three now.
1...Ride out to Narromine Thursday morning via Lightning Ridge for a pic of an Emu and camp at the race track in Narromine Thursday night.

Or
2... leave early Friday for a start docket at Narromine 11:46:00

Or
3... start Barraba Friday with TonyK

Camping out in this weather isn't at all inviting. >:()

Yes.  Sorry I'm going to miss Harie and Paul's picnic on Sunday.
Should be fine weather for you guys.  I know you're going to be warmer than those heading south.

Have a good time all. Don't think I will call through on the way to the Victorian RTE as I don't want to get up early enough to ride in cold weather to make the required distance.  -2c start would be needed, and it is colder up through the mountains on the way to Bathurst.  Going north to the net Qld FarRide sounds far more appealing :)

Well that was a good weekend.

Cheers Graham/Greg :-[ for the pipes info and good company too.
Biggles now has an Id in my who's who book.

Funny thing ...when I got back to the Mountain I parked over one side behind a ute. Wondered back to my bike after a while and thought...Sh1t 2 red bikes just like mine :|||| I still don't recognise my own, hence the swag tied across the seat even when my plan said I didn't need to sleep out >:() Twas there for bike recognition.. :-[
