We have to order everything and confirm numbers to all the relevant venues and suppliers

but keep posting away on the thread, we are now just over a month away!

If your on the National Rally list as an attendee and NOT attending Please advise......

The Saturday Rally Dinner meal is $25 per head and we need to have definite final numbers to the venue by Thursday afternoon......

If you don't show we (OzSTOC) have to pay for your meal anyway !!!  :fp So please help us out and advise if your not attending and have registered to attend.  :-++

Well we have had a busy day here in toowoomba, PC, Marion, Leo, Robyn, Teela & Myself have sorted out and packed all the Rally packs!

took a couple of hours, but every bag is sorted to the registered person with name tags attached to the bag.

if you have not registered we have blank name tags for you, and some backup packs  :thumb so hopefully we have everyone covered







We have ended up with 14 cartons of packs!

Clock is ticking now.......

Well bike is washed , polished, tyre pressures checked, gear loaded. Just need to load the last bag and fuel up for the ride north in the morning. Travel safe everyone.
