Plastic model kits
DaleAP:
I grew up building various plastic model kits, especially warplanes and Formula 1 kits, but I've recently taken up the hobby again. In particular Tamiya 1:6 scale motorbike kits.
I've just completed a Honda CB-750, and have started on a 1100 Katana. Still have a CX500 Turbo and a Harley AMF Super Glide waiting, and doubtless more to come. ;-* :runyay

Nice work, it looks great :thumbsup

Excellent Job! :clap
Bought back memories of the 1/6 scale Honda CB750 I built back in the 70's.
I'd love to take up building them again but sadly my eyesight isn't what it once was... :-[
These days I satisfy my model craving by buying diecast model motorcycles...
While I'd love to get some in 1/6 scale, decent quality diecast models are few and far between so only have one that I would class as very good quality.
If I was filthy filthy rich instead of just filthy I'd love to have a go at building one of these 1/4 scale models... https://youtu.be/MewruG0kG-0
While on my recent visit to South Australia for the NatRally I managed to pick up a very nice 1/12 scale Honda CB750 Four from a "collectable" shop in Mount Gambier... :runyay

Yes the Pocher kits are very highly regarded, and I'd also love their Ducati kit.
I'm lucky that I actually own a Pocher kit, a 1:8 scale Alfa Romeo that my father bought and half built in the 80's. He gave it to me last year because he's not likely to get around to completing it. I've had to un-build it to clean off 30+ years of dust.
Gerard & Sandra:
Excellent work Dale
