suggestion for national rally

Hi all, I am looking foward to the national rally for a friendly "meet greet and eat" (in that order) on Saturday 22 of March. 

Just as a constructive, positive and friendly comment, perhaps members may consider attaching a small label with thier "handle" name to the top left corner of the screen.
this way we can all associate the ride to the member.

I look foward to your positive and kind remarks only, to this suggestion...

Hello Zevk  you may be onto an idea  when people are staying in a park where all the accommodation looks the same I know we go looking for the bike to find the person.

Diesel is correct there will be name tags for everyone at the national rally, you will get them at the Meet and Greet when you get your shirt and badge.

Reading between the lines here.....I think Zevk is referring to identifying the bike you are drooling over to track down the owner to quizz them about their ST and a farkle etc......

So what are you inciting?  Riot is the usual outcome...   

But the idea of identifying a bike's owner is insightful.  Then you know who to avoid if you know over a bike.

Perhaps a business card sized card laminated with our Name & Forum name that we place in our fuel filler just like we tag a ST with an OzSTOC card.....

Even have the card issued when you join to keep in the pie warmer for future National Rallies and RTE's.....


The temporary peel of the roll and write on sticker would be a pain to remove and ride with if you didn't remove........effective but look tacky

OR.....a cheaper method if we don't have time or budget to do laminated cards......when collecting your shirt/pin etc just have your Name/Forum name written on an OzSTOC business card for you by some one who rite and spell real proper like.......and Bob's your mothers brother

   Makes sense to me if you want to talk to the owner about the bits added to the bike 

And as I have a half share in our 1300 I would be happy to talk to you about the vanity mirror in the top box and how I stop my lipstick from melting in it.
