Yea guys it sure is comfy, and I now am able to just about have my feet flat on the ground even withe back shock fully cranked up.

I actually carved the shape my self and then took it to John Moorhouse and he built it for me, needless to say I am wrapped in the way it turned out.

Remember he now has a spare 1100 dual seat to be used for the members here and once you get it you send your old one back. That way you are not without a ride while getting your seat modified...

Tipsy can we get more photos of what you have done to the pod please?  I have a pod & seat sitting here to install for long journeys without a pillion and have been wondering how to open that pod up without reinventing the wheel.

tyres  and DIFF
are drill hole free
at the moment

he is working on air flow THROUGH his tyres
so a drill and a STENT should maybe do the trick

Here are some photos Tack of the Duck tail.
After cutting of the lid section
I cut an glued (aeroldyte)  strips of pvc on the insides to allow for a lip
Modified a lock tongue so it hooks on a bolt
sat the lid back on and added spot putty where required using glad wrap between the edges to stop it sticking together and with sanding and refilling until al was right I then fitted the short piece of piano hinge to it.
Also fit a extra piece of Perspex at the front if the lid as a guide to help it close properly.

Hope that this is at least a little clearer than mud and helps some what.
