help needed

I am looking at a bike in WA and was wondering if any of our knowledgeable members who live near or in the woodvale area could check it out for me all assisstance would be greatly appreciated. A bit about the bike it is a yamaha xvs1300 yes I know damn cruiser but with 2 total hip replacements the ST is just a tad hard to throw a leg over these days. The bike is advertised on gumtree for $5000.

Woodvale is not far from me, but two problems.

1, dont know anything about the bike
2, I'm recovering from an illness (was unable to eat for about a week and wound up in hospital dehydrated)
