I have one but have found it a bit too awkward to use in my single car garage as I have too much stuff in it...
Marcus posted a video link of him easily manoeuvring his ST1300 around his garage with one shown in the link. I got one too, but also found it awkward. It went on FB Market place, sold in an instant, lost a few $$, but I've got more room in the garage.

The caravan will be the only option for us, ie. if Helen accompanies me. If Helen stays at home, the only option for will be the ST1300. I'm sure I can find plenty of things for her to do at home.
