Hello from NJ
« on: December 19, 2012, 06:29:12 AM »
Hi I ride an 04 ST13 which I bought used two years ago with 3600 miles on it.

I did a fly and ride from NJ to Houston TX.

I have been riding for ~35 years and have previously owned an ST11 the ST13 is new to me!

My avatar is a dead moose I saw on my trip to Alaska in 2011.

G'day Bronsin from sunny Queensland, the Shark looks like the decoration from the second world war fighters, the P40?

Gidday mate.  Neat use of the shape of that panel!
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

Thats the best way to see any place really...having friends and family to show you around.

And if you are looking for a place to ride in the US I suggest southern Utah....

I live nearly Philly and so was spared the worst of the rain, wind and flooding as the eye passed right over us.

But I know other people for who the storm was a total disaster.

No I ride all winter just about every week even if its just to work a few times. I grew up in upstate NY with lake effect snows from the Great Lakes.

NJ is like Florida to me!

You are right the person who created it used the P40 as a guide!

Gidday mate.  Neat use of the shape of that panel!

Rather than apply it myself I paid a body shop to put it on.

One of my better decisions....

One bad thing about it is I have to behave myself in traffic for there could be no question of identifying the perp later on!

Welcome Bronsin from sunny Queensland. May get to your neck of the woods in the future as my wife has a nephew who lives in Souderden. Looking at a work trip to the USA in 2014 so no doubt will visit  your area. Hope you enjoy our OzSTOC site.
Cheers,
Skip.
