Title: Tapatalk not allowing log-in

Tapatalk has failed.

It won't let me login.

Last time this happened it was a server plug in issue.

When did this first come to your notice??

Have any other TT users had this problem??

I dont use TT so cant help much myself.

P.S. Admin site gurus are looking into the problem, so the more information available the better.

Hi Brock,

It started the day I posted. I use Tapatalk Pro everyday for OzSTOC.

When I try to log into OzSTOC from Tapatalk Pro, I get the following Error message:

Server error occurred:
'Call to undefined function
get_auth_secret()
(Subs-Auth.php:129)'

I can read recent posts, but can't reply via Tapatalk.

I tried uninstalling Tapatalk Pro today, and re-installing, No Joy.

I've also contacted Tapatalk to see if it is a problem with the App.

I dunno even know what Tapatalk is.  I gather it's something that is used on android 'phones or some tablets.

I had a quick google of the problem, and it looks like tapatalk makes changes that breaks the users ability to connect.

I guess a new plug in may be required.

I found years ago that Tapatalk was more trouble than it's worth... :||||
These days I just go directly to ozstoc (using chrome or edge) whether I'm on the desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile.

Yes it's an Android App, and a very easy way to:
Add photos
See new posts
See new replies
Mark as read, posts which don't interest you.
Etc

Really excellent when it's working,  which is most of the time.

I have contacted our Site Admin with the concerns about the plug in, and they will investigate further. Thanks Gadget..

I'm still unable to log-in to Tapatalk. I should have thought to raise it with Steve on Saturday.

I use it now and then. Havent been able to log in but it seems towork. Eg. Logged in anyway.

I even logged into the Forum and changed my password. Still won't log in to Tapatalk

Has the latest Tapatalk plug-n been uploaded to the Forum server?

Interesting development.

After each use of Tapatalk, I have to log out and log back in again to be able to read, or respond to any posts.

I logged out of both OzSTOC and Tapatalk App, and then logged back in to the App, then OzSTOC, and that seems to have fixed it.
