Funny story........ have a 2011 ST1300P Qld Police Model, and wasn't happy with the handle bar position. So after some research, mostly on this forum, I bought myself a set of HeliBars. Turns out, that my bike already had a set of risers, although they don't have any brand name or details on them, but have clearly been machined out of billet aluminum. I am thinking that these may have found there way to the bike from Police workshops, as the bloke I bought the bike from, got it from the Police / Govt auction, and hadn't done any work on it himself.
So the Helibars are actually quite good, they didn't provide a great lift, as the other risers were about the same, however the bars are now a bit further back from the triple clamps, closer to me, and are a lot more comfortable on my wrists and shoulders.
So if you want a set of risers, with a 2 inch lift, directly up, and these babies will fit your bike, just let me know and I'll send them to you. If the postage is going to something crazy, we can work it out, but I'm happy to wear standard postage charges, as they'll only sit in my shed and gather dust.

Thats very generous of you and I'm sure there is someone around here who could benefit.
My ST1300 also came with those risers; I think they are actually standard fare for the police models. My bike never went near the police workshop as it was purchased privately so I am thinking the risers are added by Honda to police spec. There are several little tweaks that are made by the factory to the police spec.
I would not like to spend too much time on an ST1300 without some sort of riser - too much leaning forward on the wrists for my liking.
I did purchase a Helibars riser for STrudel when I first got him, but having my shoulders that little bit further back didnt work out for my pillion-in-a-million. I ended up on-selling them to a forum member and sticking with the police risers.
