 :blu13 Happy New Year to everyone! Unfortunately I'm booked for a lunch catch up with friends so won't be coming to Woodford. Ride out to Warwick next month looks good. Hopefully available to go and catch up with you all for that ride. Hope it stays sort of dry for the ride tomorrow. Take care. Cheers!  :blu13left

Good ride from Toowoomba to Woodford arriving about 11.25 shortly after Steve and Ruth turned up
Ruth saying she was feeling unwell
Shortly Draco and Ross arived then Gadget and Shiney
Having our usual chat before going in
Found out they had called an Ambulance who checked her out them was taken her to Caboolture Hospital
We had a good meal then I headed over to a fellow who does wheel alignment on Spyders

Home again after a slow ride back via Mt Mee. Kept catching up to slow traffic, including a Honda CRV doing only 35 to 45 down the hill to Dayboro.

I had a great time :grin

Draco & Ros met up at my place then we headed off over Mt Mee :runyay

I had a blast but unfortunately it wasn't so good for Draco & Ros, they were overtaken by a couple of motorbike riders who left very little space between them as they went past :||||

Anyway we arrived and met up with Wildrose, Gadget, CallMeSteve and Ruth :hatwave
We had a chat then went in.

Unfortunately Ruth wasn't doing well in the heat and was taken to the hospital with Steve following.

The rest of us ordered lunch and drinks and had a good chat.

The food was great but unfortunately they stuffed up Draco's meal and took over a hour to fix it :fp

After lunch everyone headed off and I once again enjoyed a great ride over Mt Mee.

All in all it was a good day out.

Hopefully next time Ruth and I will get to chat with y’all a bit, and maybe even eat something.

Ruth was teleported via express shipping straight to Caboolture Hospital, without passing go and without collecting $200.    I went home via Mt Mee, grabbed the car and headed up there. They poked, prodded and scanned her for a few hours and eventually sent her home with some antibiotics and a letter for her GP.  She’s feeling considerably better today.

Thanks all for the help you guys provided on the day. Also the Duty Manager was extremely helpful and stayed with us till the ambo arrived. I guess they are required to do that but still she was very caring and sympathetic. Top marks to her.
