Hey Guys,
New to the ST, last owner hosed it down and it got condensation in the LCD which appears to have permanently ruined the LCD. I’m after a cluster with a working screen so I can swap over the panel.
Damaged cluster is fine if the Trip Computer is still all good.

Can't help you there, Angus, but while you have it in bits, consider doing this mod:

For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

I missed that one.  Sorry for my ignorance.  I know what a polariser reversal is, but what do you do it on and why?

So instead of being a dark screen with lit numerals, the entire screen is illuminated, with the numerals showing as dark.
People say is makes it easier to read, I just think it looks nice.

Being easier to read would be a huge inprovement!  Looking forward to a photo of the finished project.
