Magnetic Sump Plug pic....
« on: May 19, 2013, 07:14:12 PM »
Hi all, was just changing the oil on my STella and thought I'd show you this....

A magnetic sump plug - to relieve your oil of metallic shards and shavings from wear and tear in you bike's blood.

It came with an oil filter as part of a deal I purchased a while ago for the ST 13.

Cheers, Diesel

You gotta stop dropping your tools inside the engine mate.

I have one of those on the ST11. At 190,000kms no metal on the sump plug.  Then again I don't put small sockets in the engine when I change the oil.
