Failing led instrument panel
« on: August 28, 2023, 08:46:02 PM »
Hi all
I have an 08, 13 and have noticed recently that there are several led sections on the dash that have failed. My question is this.....is there an easy fix for this or do I need to send the cluster to someone to fix.
Thank you in advance for any feedback.

There's a thread in here about replacing all the LEDs.  "Call Me Steve" put me onto it and I've done it.  You buy the set from a UK guy and then do the brain surgery.  It's doable if you're handy with a small soldering iron.  You can choose your colour.  We went with white to get a brighter display.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott
