I think these would be great for touring, check the link for weights and packed size. :thumb  only down side cost.  :'(

We have the chairs. They are great but very close to the ground.

a little too expensive IMHO. Whilst aluminium tubing is great the elastic stretches over time and the plastic bits are effected by sunlight. Give me a swag over a cot any day.
I acknowledge hardworking Australians no matter who they are or where they come from. All those who have contributed to this wonderful country deserve an equal share of gratitude for their contributions. To single any group of individuals out for special homage only denigrates the rest of us.

Wandering around Bunnings today and saw/bought a great camping chair, an OZTrail for $34.98. Packs up small enuff to go into a pannier or topbox and has a maximum weight load of 135 kg . . I can use it without destroying and it is quite comfortable.
