I think that Savic is one of, if not the, ugliest thing one two wheels I've seen. I reckon I'd drive a Lightburn Zeta before I'd ride one of those things.

About half way through they show how the bumper bars are rechromed, really interesting.

It's a bugger the EU are looking at banning chrome plating...

It is a worry that they haven't changed their number on their website.
