We now have the way laid 2015 National Rally metal badges ready to be sent to those who paid for a Rally pack. The delay was from the manufacturer who naturally guarenteed delivery on time but......well we know how that went :well
So we will be posting them out to you commencing tomorrow. Due to the fact we had to make up a number of NatRally packs over the weekend for members who didn't register and also had nearly 20 members who registered to attend and didn't show up or advise their intensions.....we need to confirm a number of address's......so to be sure we get this absolutey correct and EVERY member who paid for a Rally Pack gets their entitled NatRally attendance badge (if you paid for a Rally pack) HERE IS WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU !!
If you attended National Rally and paid the $45 for a Rally Pack, please LOG ON to the forum and send a PM to Pockey (Pocket STocker) with your Name and postal address, we will check you off our list and dispatch the badges to your nominated address's.
Please understand.....We won't be sending them until you confirm your address. ;-*

Have done 10 badges tonight, but the night is still young keep the PM's coming so we can get your badges to you.

the rally patches are iron on, use a hot iron, no steam, pre-heat board and item, (use a pillow case between item and iron), line patch up on spot, place pillowcase over the top, it will need 20 seconds on top, then turn over and do the inside as well, it will help the glue set evenly.

Even iron-ons benefit from a few tacking stitches to keep them attached. The iron should be on max temp but don't over-do the time you press it on. Make sure the article is single thickness (i.e. not front and back) and flat one the ironing board (or blanket on table). For a sleeve, try to get a bit of wood or something in to hold the section flat.
Oh- and check the hot iron on a small out-of-the way part of the fabric- some textiles don't like too much heat. A piece of cotton cloth over the patch will help protect the fabric and patch.
Have I missed anything?
Just saw Streak's advice- seems to agree with mine with the addition of heating the inside as well.
