Rally Costs
« on: March 07, 2016, 02:09:10 PM »
Ladies and Gentlemen

As with all other Meets we have available to everybody Meals for your convenience however they do come at a minimal cost.
  • The Friday night "Shannons Insurance" Meet and Greet will start with nibbles and a barbecue type meal. You will be pleasantly surprised that this is sponsored by Shannons and will not cost you a thing (except what was in your Registration package.) :clap :clap :clap :clap :clap So this is a good chance for all to meet and chat and I encourage all the Westies to make everyone welcome. All participants can start gathering around 6 o'clock, collect their show bags and wait for the Friday afternoon riders to arrive at 7:15 then the meal will start and a few words from the sponsors. I will also let everyone know the preceedings for the Saturday etc
  • Up early Saturday morning to a hearty Breakfast put on by members and volunteers at a cost of $10. After this we will head out around 9 am for our main gathering come events.
  • Saturday Lunch is again put on by members and will cost $10. We will have a group photo at the venue then in the afternoon we will have a shortish ride to The Honda Shop (one of our Sponsors) for a second group photo and back to the Caravan Park for a nanna nap  :fp and ready at about 6 pm for a bus ride guided by Yorkie to the nights venue  :eat  :beer We have negotiated a meal cost of $35 which is great considering WA prices and a big thank you to Pezzz.
  • After a ride back to the Park and a well earned sleep we will again put on breakfast for $10 After this an RTE to New Norcia or a southern ride will start but not before we say goodbye to some who have to depart from Perth  :hatwave :hatwave

It is important that we get definite numbers to the Saturday nights meal as we will have to pay the cost of people not attending. We will have a volunteer to take monies on the Friday night so you can pay for all then or early Saturday morning but we need to confirm numbers early Saturday to the meal venue. I would also encourage the WA members to come to breakfast for more socializing and a timely start to rides.
In summary
breakfast $10 each morning
Lunch $10
Saturday meal $35

Please email me  :CB-- or phone  :phone if you have any questions
My contact number is 0407 984 654 WA time please.

Cheers to all and please have a pleasant but safe ride and we look forward to seeing all of you in Perth

Rightly so- the dinner is one of the highlights.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott
