It's my wife Carrol's birthday today :thumb so after we had a bit of a sleep in I was trying to think of what to do...

Then I came up with an AWESOME idea... Go for a ride :thumbs But where too :think1 :think1 :think1

I know, I'll check the RTEs that I haven't been able to make lately... OzSTOC forum to the rescue :grin
We ended up deciding on going for the run out to Maudy's Restaurant & Bar (2/466 Maleny-Kenilworth Road, Maleny QLD) http://goo.gl/maps/Z2koC



It was a good ride for the most part, the only downside being when we hit massive traffic congestion heading north.

But we made it to Maudy's and the food was as reported, very good :thumbs and the chef is indeed a character :rofl



After a good feed we headed to Masters to pick up Carrol's presents, a few power tools (She loves power tools)
As we were leaving we met a bloke from Brendale that rides a red ST1300, gave him a card so hopefully we'll have another new member soon :thumb

Anyway made it home and had a nice dinner, but as today was my only day off this week and a bit its now time for bed (back to work tomorrow at 05:00)

Abe, the good thing about Carrol loving the power tools is that I never have any trouble convincing her that I need extra tools for anything :wink1
