Please add Jd and Chippy to the list. Last time we visited Ruffy was from Yarck via Terrip Terrip which was partly a dirt track, is there an alternate sealed road? Muchas Gracias for any advice. The ST handled well in the dirt but was a bit hairy in spots so would like to avoid if possible 🤓

I wouldn't assume what you would assume Marcus.

But, I would assume they have.  However, I would not assume that it was working, so I'll have some cash as well as my card.

This gravel road (I assume) you rode previously was probably between 670 Springs Road and Ruffy on this map:

https://goo.gl/maps/wwf8eBZpCGy

I rode that a couple of times on the CB1300, and it was (sort of) okay.

Or could've been this one:

https://goo.gl/maps/yE4iky1SSpP2

To avoid the gravel, with a pillion, I'll be riding this route:

Thanks Sir Michael. It wasn’t either of those routes, I think it was Terip road, but Yarck road looks a better option 👍🤓

Just got back from 4 months in Queensland.
Is it safe to ride in this weather - worried if I might freeze to the handlebars.

The only dirt road I've ever seen going to Ruffy is where I park the bike/hardtop at the produce store. I must turn right at Terrip Terrip follow the road and when you come to the T interseaction turn LEFT this will take you into Ruffy about 2-3kms, all sealed road.

Hi all,

This one has been on my radar, it's still a 'maybe' for me... we've been in the process of selling our place, buying a new one, preparing to move etc etc, so I haven't had time to give Bluey the attention he needs before heading on a decent run, although I'm sure a quick check of his fluids and tyres and he'll be right to go.

Our house settled yesterday, so I've got a giant hole burning in my pocket and feel like I deserve a day off!  If I do head up, I'll make sure to leave extra early so I'm not the last one slinking in again!  :spank

Well, I don’t think I’m going to make it guys, my GPS planned my rout around a road that doesn’t exist! I’ve just pulled over to see where the hell I am, and it’ll take me nearly an hour to get to Ruffy!! I might visit my sister in Euroa while I’m out here...

Have a great lunch all!!

The joys of modern technology.  Last week I discovered a road that I didn't know existed on the way to our RTE.
