I see you're still hanging onto the Windshield always up (from the 1100) you know you can put it down. It'll stop you getting pushed forward

Congrats on your new toy.  Just in time to show off at National Rally!    :thumbsup
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

Nothing wrong with old ST1100s.  They will be faithful chariots for years yet.
The ST13 has advantages, but none that you can't live without, especially if your ST11 has ABS which, while not essential, improves your comfort level when you have to lock 'em up.

Agreed with Biggles, only reason I upgraded was the price, and exactly the bike I wanted, so I jumped at the chance

Well done Streak (Iron Man),

U have got yourself a newer STeed that will b less likely to leave u "STranded" in the middle of nowhere and whenever u travel in a group u will be given honorary front posi with other whites cos the cage pilots will think u 2 b the mc-fuzz and the road-ocean will b parted in your wake 2 the benefit of the hotter red bikes, the cooler blue bikes, the dark-side black bikes and the rarer other bikes.

Where did u get it from - surely Abe didn't sell u his!
