So bike prep is underway for the AGM so ring Honda dealer for price on ST1100 fuel filter yes we have one and its $40 eeeeekkkk hmmmmm anyone know of a aftermarket that fits and cheaper ?

16900-MG8-003P for about $9.50 plus postage which I doubt would be that much for a small item. Just e-mail them with the part number for a postage quote.
16900-MG8-003 the OEM one is about $15.25 plus postage.
I don't know if anything available over here.

They should have something, it only a fuel filter after all.Just as long as the pipe fits.

The local dealer keeps some generic fuel filters under the counter that seem as robust as the Honda one. The connections on the Honda one are bigger than most, but I found one in supercheap that fitted in their generic box, but it was alot flimsier.
