With 1300 members that $688 works out to the the enormous sum of about 50 cents each. Not sure if I can manage that much until next pay.

Alan I can loan you fity sence on a good rate. just $10 admin fee; $547.49c charges that I'll tell you the Gov want, 97c interest (per day) and  a meager $4.87 late payment fees.
Would you like to proceed as I see it for a worthy cause. ;-*
