With the current forecast I hate to say it but this RTE may be yet another that Sue & I attend by car!  :-[  :fp  :||||
With both of us just getting over bad colds it probably makes sense to go by car although I'm gonna wait until tomorrow morning to make the final call... :think1

Flag is with me, it's sitting in the RHS pannier.

Mmmm ... I better transfer the flag from the RHS pannier to RHS rear door pocket of the Pajero.

Thanks. I setup an account. 2mb limit per photo and some of mine were 4mb so can't be bothered resizing. The Google photos link works doesn't it?

Good turn-out for lunch, 18 in total.  Four BMW's, two ST1300's, one ST1100, two Pajeros, one Nissan, one Peugeot, one Hyundai - I've missed something.

Pretty sh1tty weather, some smart people went up on Friday and avoided it, some didn't.  Those in cars do not need to be ashamed, it was real, real sh1tty.  For us it was very heavy hail around Yarra Glen, with some piled up on the road shoulders, and occassional speeds limited to 50km/h (due to poor visibility).

Thanks to all for making the effort.

Saturday evening meal at Whitfield pub was very nice, turned a bit sour for Helen and I as we had to stay back and wash the dishes.   One of the persons who skipped without paying for has already fessed-up and all is well, but someone owes me a schooner of cider and fish 'n' chip main course.

If Gordo had been at dinner, we would already know the culprit.

Same thing happened at lunch. Waitress came chasing us out the front until someone confessed to not paying for the parma. Bloody embarrassing hangin' with you guys!   :grin
