This might explain a delay in getting mail out of New York. Put on first available flight out......only time will tell.

Winter storm Nemo

As the U.S. Postal Service continues its recovery efforts from the effects of Winter Storm Nemo, conditions have improved, and delivery has resumed in the impacted areas. The U.S. Postal Service will continue to provide updates on delivery services to homes and businesses.

States most affected by the storm are: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont.

Safe road passage and snow removal remains critical to resuming normal operations. For letter carriers to deliver your mail safely, we ask that steps and walkways be cleared of snow and ice.

Curbside mailboxes should be shoveled for letter carriers to deliver or collect mail without having to leave their vehicles. The area near the mailbox should be cleared to provide letter carrier access.

Well, I don't know what happened but somehow it did go to Belgium. The Post Office here in the US will contact them and have the package sent to you. It is addressed correctly but they don't have an explanation. I will give you new information as I get it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Just saw you're post re the touring cars, on Oct 3rd last year, Diesel. It all seems so boring now.

The shot of the Ford is a magic memory blaster from the days when men were all sizes, until they got behind the wheel.

Names like Moffatt, and cars like the XA - XC Fords made the race worth watching.

Remember when Tom Walkinshaw brought the 3 XJ 12 Jag's over from England and came 1st, 2nd, & 4th. at Bathurst? 4th because he broke a headlight against another car and ran over the broken glass and had to pit stop change a front tyre, then get back into the race. Made up umpteen places, but couldn't get the last one and back up to 3rd pos. Must have thrashed the daylights out of that V12!

It's on Youtube. A race worth watching just to see how the wide, low and bloody grunt filled Jags ate Bathurst.

Well, after not having any tracking info since 24th Feb I get an update this morning that the parts are now back in New York and on their way to their destination.
So, they took three days from New York to Belgium and another 17 to get back..........Curious......why they weren't sent to Australia via London (direct flight) from Belgium is a little puzzling.

I'm an Apple guy. Apple mac, I pad, I phone, then there's I cloud. All works really well for me.

When I was once going thru the trials of trying get a phone/computer system that worked together, (you know, the 'old days', say 2008 backwards) a friend asked me 'When you buy a car you get their engine, gearbox and diffs.
When it come to info technology, why do people buy a Toyota, then they try to stick a Holden engine, a Chrysler gearbox and Ford diffs together, then scream fits

when things don't seem to work together properly?'
