2016 National Rally registration is NOW OPEN

NatRally 2016 is to be held in the glorious wine region North-east of the magnificent city of Perth 11-13 March 2016.

As our OzSTOC National Rally attendee numbers have grown each year we now find a registration fee is a requirement, in the past with the smaller numbers we had in the very early years of the club with low attendee numbers OzSTOC was able to absorb the cost of National Rally Shirts, Patches and Pins.....this evolved to paying for your rally pack on arrival at the National Rally venue over the last 2 years and added considerable workload to the team who wish to enjoy the rally experience with you.

This process has now moved to the next phase and a $45 registration fee will now be applied.....This fee pre-pays your National Rally pack for collection at the NatRally venue. The registration fee includes your National Rally Shirt, Patch, Pin and the Meet & Greet finger food on the Friday afternoon in addition to other NatRally related information and guides. Registration is able to be paid by PayPal or EFT and details are in the link, you will be emailed a receipt of the transaction.


The registration fee is refundable 45 days prior to the NatRally week.



The participant information collected from the NatRally registration process will only be accessed by the NatRally Co-Ordinator and I for Rally purposes. (Don't forget to add your shirt size in the drop down box

We currently have 22 members registered for National Rally in Perth 2016.

Your $45 registration fee is fully refundable up to 6 weeks prior to the event, so to give the National Rally Events Team an accurate account of the numbers we are catering for during NatRally I would encourage you to register your attendance if you are a reasonable chance to attend.

The WA Team have put in some outstanding work into NatRally 2016 behind the scenes to really showcase Western Australia. There is some fresh new ideas being proposed by the Rally team that will make your attendance memorable for sure.

We have 26 members now registered for National Rally 2016 in WA.


Have YOU registered yet  :whistle....the National Rally Co-ordinator and WA rally team need your numbers for venue and event planning  :Chocies


If we have 50 people attending National Rally it is completely different requirements than if 100 people attend, so show your keen and give the organisers a fighting chance to really make your National Rally experience  :think1 ...

I encourage you to register early so that we have some numbers to assist Team WA with event planning.    Please note that it's possible to register without making your payment straight away, but if you pay early, it can be refunded up to six weeks prior to the Rally if you can't make it.

Had planned on doing everything in my power to attend this rally after Toowoomba (being my first rally) which was a tremendous event
HOWEVER my better half has wanted to travel to Europe to visit some rels and 2016 was decided to be the time.
So unfortunately I can't make this one.

You are now sorted and on the list.   There's a bit of a delay in the paper trail between the OzSTOC Shop payments and the On-Line Registrations, that needs to be married up before your name appears on the list on this thread, and hence some of the delays.   Please send me a PM if your name does not appear within a week or so, and I will chase it up.  :thumb

Any WA people still to register, please do so ASAP to assist in organisation of dinner venue etc.
Even though it is in our own backyard and the natural thought is that "it can wait as I don't need to organise travel etc" we would really appreciate knowing solid numbers for bookings.

As you can see, we have 45 officially registered at the moment.   We may gain a few more closer to the event, and we may loose a few, who for various reasons can't make it.
These numbers are a little disappointing, but the distance is great and therefore the time commitment for those working is significant.    I would encourage anyone contemplating going, to register now.  Early registration is a significant help to the organizing team in WA.

Due to a church group also booked into the park for the same weekend, cabins will be held for Ozstoc until end of Jan, after that it will be up to you to find accommodation.

I'll be looking to share 2/3 bedroom cabin if anyone else also looking to share, single cabin is about $150 per night after 15% OZSTOC discount.

          RALLY  REMINDERS

1.    If you are still considering attending, please get your Registration done NOW, as we have a lead time for printing of T-Shirts and production of the right number of badges and patches.

2.    If you withdraw from the Perth Rally, we are not in a position to offer a refund of your $45 Registration Fee after Friday 29th January.  This is driven by the timelines for production of the shirts, patches and badges.

3.    As Yorkie has pointed out, we loose our rights to the reserved cabins in the Caravan Park at the end of January, so please make sure you have your accommodation sorted out.

  :cuss With regret Pockey and I will not be attending National Rally.... :'(

This has been simmering in the background for a few months....Pockey was unable to return to ward nursing after a second back injury last year.

She has been using her annual leave entitlements for the last few months and still has a little in reserve but has commenced a new position still with NSW Health but in the Physiotherapy Dept in the Hydrotherapy pool. Her counter part is on Annual Leave at the time of NatRally and naturally Jean cannot have leave of any description other than the weekend of NatRally.

To drive 12 hrs to and from an airport and fly to Perth for Saturday night only is just not possible......naturally we will be continuing with all the usual NatRally preparations and will be only a phone call away at all times. In our absence StinkyPete (NatRally Co-Ordinator) along with Brock will be acting as our advocates along with the WA Rally team. Pete and Brock along with the WA 2016 National Rally team will be wearing matching WA GOLD coloured OzSTOC Caps to make them stand out in the sea of OzSTOC caps ready to answer any questions.

Thanks Yorkie, but I have Youth Group to run on that Friday night so at this stage Saturday is the only day open for me unless I can source another leader to fill-in for me...I'll see how I go.
Just going on Saturday doesn't worry me, I'll leave in time to get there in reasonable time once I see a time table of whats happening on that day

Hi  Rally Participants.
This note is to remind you that today is the last day that refunds of your $45 registration fee are available if for some reason you need to withdraw from the Perth NatRally 2016.   This is because of printing and production timelines for the shirts, badges and patches which will be included in your pre-paid Rally Packs.

By now, your cabin bookings should be in made, leave applications from home and work processed, all bribes and permissions finalized, and travel plans coming together.  For those with trailers, remember that WA has a 100km/h speed limit for vehicles towing trailers (including motorcycles), which is enforced.

The excitement is building for a fantastic National Rally in Perth, and from talking to Team WA, it's going to be memorable.   :thumb

I think I have just registered, my account feels a bit lighter now.

Can't make the Saturday night bash though.

That means I can spend an extra nigh in NSW in 2017 with no long term family commitments in place.

Is it too late to register now.  I had to wait and confirm my return dates from SA, and find out about work opportunities.  Unfortunately I have to work on the Friday, but will attend on Saturday and Sunday.

Certainly it's not too late.   There are a few extra shirts, patches and badges being produced "just in case" there were lat additions, or extras requested.  See you there.   :thumb
