Theresa and I have decided to leave all our plans to attend the 2020 Rally in place and visit Mudgee.
We will be arriving Mudgee Friday 16th and leaving Sunday. All welcome to join us.
-
If things go well I'll meet you there.
-
Same here. My booking at Mudgee still remains in tact at this stage. I'll have to reapply for annual leave though after the government threw a spanner in the works.
-
Leaving our bookings open too, and might join you if border restrictions for leisure travel are lifted by then :like
-
I will be there. :Norty

I didn't know you spoke Italian, JD? :p

I don’t, it’s Spanish....that’s what my mother said to me.
-
:rofl I knew that would get a bite...
Actually, if you do a google search it appears to be a bit of a made up language...
-

Be good to catchup.

-
Yep count me in as well. I've noticed this is the 30 year anniversary of the launch of the ST1100 so maybe we can celebrate that instead of the annual rally? A chance to catch up and tell our best ST riding story?

If anyone coming to Mudgee for rte in oct and want a motel ring cudgegong valley motel say you are with ozstoc they will look after you
-
My accommodation is still booked for Saturday night, so I'll no doubt see some of you there,
-
A little disappointed that AGM has been re scheduled, and will have to give it a miss now as I will be touring to visit friends in Townsville later this year, and was intending to do both venues at the same time. Can only afford one trip to the north.
Last time I did this run it was around 13000 km, but included a lot of side trips as well, which are not on the books this time.

OK Finally admitted defeat about going to NSW this year and Norway next March :'( so have transferred our 2020 Mudgee booking to Mar 2021.

Yep. It's getting so you just don't make any plans because this looks like never ending! :'(

I haven't cancelled my plans to go in october just yet, although I am still waiting on an annual leave approval from work (also for march). That said, SA border restrictions re NSW have changed so I am also looking at that regularly.
-
Annual leave approved. Next hurdle is border restrictions although I am close to conceding it's not going to happen. I am thinking of plan b, plan c and plan d.
-
I have to put my hand up and say I too have conceded defeat on this, cancelling my october booking after making alternative plans within our state (plan d). I haven't given up on march just yet though.
-
Hey all.
Can i get confirmation this rte is still on for Saturday October 17th
-
I won't make this one as I'll be on the eve of a knee repalcement and have to do preparations for it

I started this thread hoping that we would be able to still use our bookings at Mudgee even though the annual rally has been postponed to next year. Unfortunately border closures have prevented us from leaving WA. I don't believe anyone is still going but may be wrong.
-
Likewise I had still intended to go but eventually succumbed to border restrictions and after having already cancelled too much this year made alternative arrangements.

Changed my booking to March a week ago
