Poignant would be a more appropriate descriptor to all but a bogan I would suggest. Oh, and that is the first clue - poignant that is.

Clue time. The sculpture can be found on the outskirts of a town in the Western Districts of Victoria. You should not miss it when riding by, the speed sign dictates 70 kph and it can bee seen on Google's Streetview.

Well, sadly it looks like this game has run its course. The pictures give a better view of the sculpture and an explanation of its meaning. The Victorian town is Merino, roughly 1/3 of the way (heading south) between Casterton and Heywood.
